Webco is seeking a highly motivated and curious Operations Manager Trainee to participate in a robust, hands-on development program designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of our operations and processes. Training Overall
The Operations Manager Trainee will rotate through every major department and area of operations, gaining a full understanding of how each function contributes to the success of the company. The training is structured to include shadowing, hand-on learning, systems overviews, and one-on-one time with subject matter experts and department managers.
Key Expectations
- Proactively schedule and attend department sessions and meetings with assigned team members
- Participate in weekly mentor meetings to review training progress, discuss learnings, and ask insightful questions
- Complete assigned training documentation and be prepared to demonstrate understanding of key concepts and practices
- Exhibit strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills throughout the training period
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
