Webster County Nursing Home is an independent, non profit, long term and skilled nursing care facility in Marshfield, MO doing buisness as Webco Nursing. We are licensed for 90 beds and provide 24/7 care. Our goal is excellence in care for all residents.
Duties:
- Provide direct patient care and assist in the management of a nursing unit
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems such as MatrixCare
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
Experience:
- Experience in long term care facilities is preferred
- Proficiency in performing specialized nursing procedures
- Knowledge of ICD-10 coding and documentation requirements
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
