What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paint and Powder Coating Helper position at Webco Manufacturing, Inc.?
Webco Manufacturing to successfully perform the requirements of this position, it is preferred that the employee have one year of related experience, possess a mechanical background, be experienced in welding processes (primarily MIG), possess good organizational skills, and be able to work independently. A weld test is required as part of the interview process. If you don't have a ton of experience welding, we also have an apprenticeship program and will pay you as we train you for production welding.
