Position Summary

The Salesforce Administrator will manage the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of Weber's Global Salesforce environment, focusing on efficient system functionality and user support. This role involves collaboration with local and global technical leaders, program managers, and key business stakeholders to implement solutions that meet business needs while ensuring best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical resource for the Weber Global Salesforce environment collaborating with local and global resources.
  • Perform system configuration tasks, including creating and maintaining user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
  • Develop and manage reports, dashboards, flows, custom objects, custom fields, validation rules, and other declarative customizations to support business needs.
  • Oversee data quality and integrity through data management tools and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to scope, plan, and deliver enhancement requests and solutions.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to improve system adoption and usage.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues and enhancement requests, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations via appropriate tools (Matrix42, YouTrack).
  • Support integrations with third-party platforms, such as marketing automation and data enrichment tools, within the scope of administrative capabilities.
  • Document system configurations and updates to ensure accurate knowledge transfer.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Familiarity with basic Field Service Lightning capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security features, including roles, profiles, and sharing settings.
  • Competence in using data management tools such as Data Loader or other ETL solutions.
  • Basic understanding of data models and data integrity principles.
  • Exposure to declarative development tools such as Flow Builder without requiring advanced coding knowledge.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks within a ticketing system.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to document processes and configurations accurately.
  • Experience working in a service-oriented or global organization.
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based support environments.
  • Education and Experience

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Certifications preferred : Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT related field preferred
  • Experience working in a service-oriented organization preferred
  • Other Requirements

  • Current valid U.S. driver's license.
  • Valid passport or can obtain one for international travel.
