What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paralegal – New Castle, DE position at Weber Gallagher?
Weber Gallagher has an opening for an experienced paralegal for civil litigation team in our New Castle, DE office. Qualified candidate must possess three to five years’ experience in Delaware law and defense litigation, be familiar with Delaware court filings, daily time entry billing requirements, and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. We are looking for someone who can work with attorneys, other paralegals, clients, and expert witnesses using a team approach. Must be able to serve and respond to discovery, handle records, prepare documents, schedule depositions and medical exams, and provide other paralegal support to attorney team. The ability to perform research through Lexis and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from an ABA approved organization or a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
