We have an immediate opening for a motivated attorney with 0-5 years of experience in business transactions, civil/commercial litigation, real estate and construction, entity formation and start ups, estate planning & probate, and related work. Compensation: Based on experience and productivity; competitive with similarly-sized firms locally. Base salary with quarterly bonus incentives.Flexible compensation plan, and work-life balance. Unlimited PTO, 401k plan and insurance stipend.

Responsibilities:
• Advise business clients about general legal issues and strategy
• Draft, analyze, and respond to court filings and motions
• Manage caseload, projects, and assignments
• Prepare and revise commercial agreements
• Motion and discovery practice
• Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments
• Client communication and creative problem-solving
• Attend hearings, conferences, depositions, and mediations
• Review, edit and revise legal documents
• Work closely with managing attorney, associates, and paralegals
• Meet monthly billing requirements
Qualifications
• Member of the Utah State Bar
• Strong analytical, writing, research and communication skills
• Experience or interest in civil litigation and/or business matters
• Must be able to handle a caseload efficiently
• Time management skills
• Computer and legal software proficiency
• Team player, and possess people skills with a positive and friendly attitude
• Professional, on-time, and dependable
Salary : $85,000 - $130,000
