Weber Olcese, PLC, is a growing litigation defense law firm, located in Troy, Michigan, seeking a full-time attorney with 2-5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation. Our firm specializes in automobile negligence, first-party PIP No-Fault litigation, commercial litigation, insurance coverage issues, premises liability and appellate practice. The attorney will be responsible for handling files, taking depositions, arguing motions, preparing pleadings and motions, drafting written discovery, and other day-to-day duties related to the position. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree and member in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan
- Experience in insurance defense and civil litigation (preferred, not required)
- 2 years as a litigator
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Experience in negotiation and dispute resolution
- Ability to work full-time
