Job Title: Receiving & Order Fulfillment Specialist
Department: Material Management
Reports to: Material Management Team Leader
Status: Non-Exempt (hourly)
Job Summary
The Shipping & Receiving Specialist is responsible for packing new machines, spare parts, ordering necessary supplies, and handling all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Utilize 5S methodologies for maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Shipping and receiving; loads and unloads trucks safely and efficiently
Pack all parts and machine orders, for either domestic or international shipment.
Enter all relevant order information into the inventory system.
Work with multiple departments, prioritize workload as needed.
Communicate status of incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and effectively.
Safely operate forklift for loading, unloading and movement of large pallets, materials, and shipments
Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by complying with organization standards and legal regulations
Additional Duties
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and adapt quickly to change
Good communication skills
Ability to efficiently work within Microsoft Outlook, Office, and SAP.
Strong, consistent work ethic.
Additional duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience
Must have:
UPS WorldShip; FedEx Ship Manager; LTL Freight Management Portals: 2 years (Required)
International shipping (2 years)
SAP ERP
High school diploma or GED and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred: Experience with international shipping
Physical Requirements:
The employee frequently is required to stand and walk.
Ability to lift and/or move up to and over 50 pounds on a regular basis
