Job Summary/Basic Function
Teach one or more sections of MICR 1113 (LS Introductory Microbiology), MICR 1153 (LS Public Health: Sex, Travel, Food, & Drugs), MICR 2054 (LS Principles of Microbiology Laboratory), and possibly upper division courses or labs, depending on need and qualifications.

Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in microbiology or related biological discipline.
Ability to use multimedia equipment and course management systems in an instructional environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous teaching experience.
