Job Summary/Basic Function
The Admissions Office provides support to students, faculty, staff, parents, counselors and other clients in the areas of admission and residency. As one of the first departments that students will interact with, the Admissions Office prides itself on its ability to welcome all incoming students with excellent customer service.
Provide in-depth customer service to students, faculty, staff, parents and counselors that effectively meets their needs in person, over the phone and email. Many situations are unique and Admissions Student Aides must use knowledge of the student information system, campus functions and problem solving skills to assist individuals.
Effectively respond to incoming phone calls and check work email consistently throughout the shift.
Daily packaging and mailing of Admissions Office materials.
Recording and entry of transcripts, test scores and reports into a student information system, and other clerical duties as assigned.
This is a part-time hourly position that can continue year round. We are flexible and will work around your class schedule. We typically schedule between 16-20 hours per week.
Work Study or 50/50 eligible students may be given preference.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Basic computer skills
If hired, students will be required to take FERPA training within 3 months of hire.
