Hourly Pay Rate
Starting at $12.50 per hour, compensation could go higher depending on work experience and skill level. Weber State University student works also qualify for free textbooks each semester.

Job Summary / Basic Function
The Front Office Wildcat Design&Print Team Member will be responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support our daily operations. Their duties include answering and transferring phone calls to employees, sorting and delivering mail to employees, and greeting visitors when they arrive for meetings with management or sales staff.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Making appointments for all staff or for specific employees, such as managers
- Processing bills and helping clients or customers if they have any questions about their charges
- Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc.
- Directing visitors to the correct office
- Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
- inputting job tickets into PrintSmith
- Answering emails
- Tracking Jobs
- Any other duties as assigned
