Job Summary/Basic Function
Work as a team member in providing excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff. Responsible for accurate entry of tuition and collections payments, departmental deposits, answering phone calls. Complete various office projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma One year customer service experience working with the public.
Preferred Qualifications
Computer, word processing, ten key, money handling, problem solving, and multi-tasking
