Job Summary/Basic Function
NOTE: Position can be filled at any level of the approved career ladder depending on candidate qualifications.
Position maintains, repairs and installs a variety of finishes on campus, including, but not limited to: cabinetry, carpeting, concrete, doors, walls, ceilings, and tile.
