Job Summary/Basic Function
Office Assistant
Assist WSU Chemistry Technician Program director in developing curriculum materials, help recruit and retain students, update and enhance web sites, conduct library and internet research, maintain accurate and organized records, assist with assessment and other standard office duties.
15-20 hours per week.
**This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time, the pool will expire and applicants will be notified

Must be a WSU student, enrolled in classes at WSU.

Preferred Qualifications
Basic understanding of chemistry principles,
excellent writing and communication skills, working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and video a plus.
Detail-oriented, able to take the initiative and leadership role on projects; able to work positively with individuals and as part of a team. Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
