Location: 2712 Alft Ln Elgin, IL 60124
2nd shift: Monday- Friday OT as needed 1:00PM- 9:30PM
Pay rate: $19 $.40 (shift differential) = $19.40

How will you impact the team:
The Independent Operator is proficient in all roles throughout the warehouse and has greater proficiency in the computer system. They are also focused on pulling, checking and packing orders with productivity, quality and accuracy for all outbound shipments to end users, dealers or subsidiaries or for replenishing stock. This position will be responsible for restocking shelves, picking/packing orders, and loading/unloading trucks.
What will you do:
- Sort orders for customer and date of delivery.
- Maintain high productivity, quality and accuracy.
- Be able to understand automated scanning system fully.
- Maintain cleanliness of aisles, bins, packing stations and other
- areas on the shipping dock.
- Observing all Safety and Weber regulations, understanding of proper manual lifting techniques.
- Will need to process orders.
- Must be able to drive a forklift.
- Must be able to rotate to all applicable positions noted below: Order Picker, general packing and loading/unloading.
- Meet the assigned rate of the job.
Tools needed to thrive:
- High School Diploma, GED or 1-2 years of Warehouse Experience.
