Summary
Safely and efficiently spot trailers on the lot or at the dock door.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Moving trailers between pads, doors and buildings on a timely basis.
- Sliding tandems to meet state bridge laws.
- Chocking trailers safely.
- Inspecting spotter tractors, basic maintenance, fueling, reporting equipment problems.
- Performing lot and door checks for trailer and purchase order accuracy.
- On an as needed basis or as required, spotters will support the operations inside the Distribution Center including but not limited to: operating industrial equipment, picking, receiving, shipping, wrapping, labeling, and any other duties as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned
Other Skills and Abilities
Trucking experience and CDL is preferred.

Hourly Pay Range: $22.95 - $23.41.
*This hourly pay range represents Weber's good faith belief of what we reasonably expect to pay the top candidate
