Weber Van Dyke & Fujimoto, LLLP is a medium-sized law firm concentrating on insurance defense litigation. We are looking for an exceptional Legal Assistant to streamline the day-to-day functions of our growing team. Litigation experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn skills and enjoys being part of a cohesive office.
Duties Include:
- Draft shell pleadings, discovery, and correspondence for attorney preparation and completion;
- Manage deadlines through calendaring and scheduling;
- Monitoring and follow up on incoming and outgoing records;
- Process incoming and outgoing filings and mail;
- Coordinate meetings with clients, parties, and experts;
- Index and update pleadings and discovery binders;
- Communicate with with clients, vendors, experts, and counsel and other staff;
- Maintain organized case files; and
- Miscellaneous office functions such as making travel arrangements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
