We are currently seeking a talented UX Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance user experience and drive engagement. As a UX Web Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into compelling design solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from website redesigns to new feature development, contributing your expertise in user experience design to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals, user needs, and business requirements.
Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and user interactions.
Develop design solutions that prioritize usability, accessibility, and visual appeal while adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing results, continuously refining and improving the user experience.
Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of designs, providing design specifications and assets as needed.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design, incorporating new ideas and techniques into your work.
Advocate for the user throughout the design process, championing user-centered design principles and advocating for the best possible user experience.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

Proven experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.

Proficiency in Adobe based design tools and WordPress.

Knowledge of user research methods and usability principles.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.

Experience designing for responsive web and mobile platforms is preferred.

Job Type : Part-time

Pay : $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours : 16 – 24 per week

Experience level : 2 years

Schedule : Day shift

Monday to Friday

Experience : UX : 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute : Green Bay, WI 54303 (Required to start)
