We’re looking for a Manager, Corporate Sales to lead a team of Account Executives in the Corporate (mid-market) segment and drive revenue and build relationships with prospective and existing customers.

  • Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges depending on the cost of labor of the geographic area. The ranges shared below may change if you are hired in another geographic location.
  • Zone A : $285,000 - $300,000

  • Zone B : $270,750 - $285,000
  • Zone C : $256,500 - $270,000
  • Canada (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in BC, Canada)
  • 344,000 - $362,000

    For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s market location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. Benefits / additional compensation for this role may include : equity, company bonus or sales commissions / bonuses; retirement plans; health benefits; and wellness stipends.

  • As a Manager, Corporate Sales you will :

  • Build a world-class, diverse sales team : recruit, interview, hire, coach, and mentor Corporate Account Executives building the core Corporate (mid-market) motion at Webflow.
  • Own your results : attain quota, forecast accurately, drive linearity.
  • Thought leadership : earn the right to advise CMOs & CTOs on why they must prioritize & up level their #1 marketing asset (websites).
  • Grow your business : build pipeline, qualify deals across our unique Webflow sources (inbound, self-serve signup, self-serve upgrade, outbound, partners, expands), command the sales process, drive operational rigor, and lean into agency partnerships.
  • Grow yourself : professional development, pursue excellence in sales leadership.
  • Serve as executive sponsor in client meetings and engage Webflow’s leadership team to remove obstacles as needed.
  • Work with the Director, Sales (West) and cross-functionally across the Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Demand Generation, and Sales Development teams to implement and carry out a sales go-to-market plan and strategy.

    About you :

    You’ll thrive as a Manager, Corporate Sales if you have :

  • Proven experience leading and managing Commercial and / or Mid-Market teams.
  • Significant experience with complex sales cycles with a disruptive B2B SaaS product.
  • Work well cross-functionally with teams like product, engineering, and marketing.
  • Love for testing, tracking, and iterating on your process.
  • An ability, and passion, for gathering insights from data across multiple systems and sources (CRM, pipeline generation, product usage).
  • The ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously.
  • Knowledge of or interest in web design, development, and Webflow.
  • A growth mindset.
