We’re seeking a seasoned leader to drive excellence in managing our production teams. You’ll oversee all aspects of production across services like Painting, Carpentry, Deck Refinishing, Concrete Coatings, Garage Storage, and Heat Cable Installation. By leading Production Supervisors and collaborating with sales and office staff, you’ll ensure seamless project execution from planning to completion. You’ll inspire and coach teams, ensure quality, and provide regular on-the-job training, embodying Webfoot’s commitment to Serious Craft, Seriously Great Service. This role also includes managing workflows, safety operations, fleet, productivity, staffing, and aligning all production with Webfoot’s vision and values.

The daily areas of responsibility include :

  • Safety : You will organize and provide training to our Supervisors and Crew Leaders, both in the shop and on project sites, and conduct regular safety audits. You will participate in Safety Committee meetings to meet goals, enhance safety, and ensure OSHA compliance.
  • Customer Service : You will thrill customers with Serious Craft, Seriously Great Service. Provide support and training to our production teams, and ensure customers experience our values.
  • Production Goals : Monitor and manage our production teams to ensure all processes and systems are followed, with clear and detailed communication. Budgets and KPIs are met, and special projects are managed.
  • Workforce Planning and Recruitment : You will work closely with Supervisors and HR to manage staffing, ensure efficient applicant screening, hiring the right people, and curating teams that deliver on customer expectations.
  • Employee Development and Training : Using our current training programs, ensure training needs are met in the areas of craft, leadership, customer service, management, and safety.
  • Shop and Equipment Organization and Maintenance : You will utilize staff to maintain a clean and highly organized shop and efficient inventory levels, with well maintained and managed equipment.
  • Fleet Management : Manage and monitor our fleet, ensuring all vehicles are up to date on maintenance, oil changes, etc. And all vehicles are properly assigned and up to date in our fleet management software.
  • Workflow and Process Improvement and Documentation : You will be responsible for overseeing all routine processes related to Production, from intake through completion, conducting After Action Reviews and integrating takeaways, and analyzing processes for continuous improvement to address issues and optimize throughput.

Requirements :

To be considered for this position, you will need to bring :

  • 3-5 Years experience in production management
  • Demonstrated ability to use current technology, Google Suite, Office, etc.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A passion and ability to lead, motivate and train others.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and represent the production team in a professional and positive manner.
  • Our highly competitive compensation package includes :

  • Annual salary of $105,000 - $120,000 DOE
