We are seeking a highly skilled Windows System Administrator to join our team at Webhelp. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our Windows-based infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general and routine technical support to a broad range of installation, patching, configuration, and updates to Operating Systems and non-OS vendor application
- Maintain documented procedures for Windows Infrastructure
- Collaborate and contribute with team members, software vendors, and other technical staff to develop, design, implement, and continuously improve systems
- May require on-call availability and may require working during non-business hours and on weekends
Requirements:
- Administrator of Windows Server OS and all related technologies
- Data Center Maintenance and Build and Configuration experience
- Knowledge of RAID
- Good understanding in VA gaps and Closer
