We are looking for a highly motivated D365 CRM Technical PowerApps Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business and software requirements into maintainable, scalable applications within the existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform ecosystem. You will be expected to work through all stages of the software development life cycle, engage directly with stakeholders, and contribute to best practices across projects.
This role demands a strong technical foundation in D365 CRM, Azure services, and Power Platform components such as PowerApps and Power Automate. If you're detail-oriented and passionate about building enterprise-grade solutions that are critical to business operations, we'd love to hear from you.
Primary Responsibilities:-
Translate technical and business requirements into functional applications using D365 CRM and PowerApps.

Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions with Power Automate workflows, business process flows, and custom applications.

Deliver customizations, integrations, and extensions for Dynamics 365 using Azure Services, APIs, Plugins, and custom connectors.

Develop and manage CRM Portals and Power Apps Portals, ensuring user-friendly and secure interfaces.

Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize development tasks, and align deliverables with business needs.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and documentation throughout the development cycle.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

5 years of experience developing Power Platform solutions, including PowerApps and Power Automate workflo w, Power Pages, Power Portal.

Hands-on experience with application lifecycle management, testing, and debugging within Power Platform.

Experience delivering end-to-end solutions including Power Apps development with Power Portal, Power Pages, Model Driven, and Canvas

Solid technical and functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Familiarity with Power Portals, SSRS, and Power BI reporting tools.

Working knowledge of Dataverse, SQL, Oracle, or SSIS for data operations and migrations.

Microsoft certifications in Dynamics CRM and/or Power Platform are a plus.

Demonstrated ability to analyze and document business processes, support data migration/load, and manage application maintenance and production support.

Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies, with strong collaborative and organizational skills.

Must be comfortable working on-site as needed and traveling to client/project locations i Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA.

Must have the ability to communicate clearly via phone, email, and in-person.
