Job Summary
We are seeking a Snowflake Developer with Python Scripting to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize data solutions using Snowflake, Python, and other database technologies. You will play a key role in data modeling, scripting, automation, and integration to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Snowflake-based data solutions, including database objects, views, and stored procedures.
- Design efficient data models for OLTP, data warehousing, and analytics solutions.
- Optimize SQL queries, data pipelines, and ETL processes for performance and scalability.
- Develop Python scripts for automation, data processing, and operational efficiency.
- Implement best practices for data security, governance, and compliance.
- Support production applications, troubleshoot issues, and provide Level 3 technical support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and reusable data assets.
- Work with CI/CD tools to deploy database changes efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in Database Development or System Analysis.
- Strong expertise in Snowflake, Oracle, and SQL-based data solutions.
- Experience with Python scripting, Shell scripting, and PERL.
- Solid understanding of cloud-based data technologies and analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience with data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical).
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes for database development.
- Understanding of metadata management, data integration, and governance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Splunk, Power BI, and Collibra.
- Knowledge of distributed data architecture and cloud-based solutions.
- Exposure to agile development methodologies.
