Job Summary :
The Front Desk Associate at Webinar Demo Account is a vital role in our organization, responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This full-time, hourly position is located in our Chicago, Illinois office and will be ideal for an individual who is passionate about hospitality and restaurant industry. This is an individual contributor role, where the Front Desk Associate will be the main point of contact for all client inquiries and will work closely with our team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients.
Compensation & Benefits :
The Front Desk Associate position at Webinar Demo Account offers a competitive hourly salary of $15 to $20 per hour, paid weekly. Responsibilities :
- Greet and engage with clients, answering any questions and providing excellent customer service
- Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment
- Book and confirm reservations for client meetings and webinars
- Communicate effectively with internal team members to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience
- Provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and handling phone calls
- Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote our services and attract new clients
- Other duties as assigned by the management team
