- Join our surgical services team as a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA), providing direct patient care, assisting surgeons during operative procedures, and supporting perioperative teams. This role involves pre-operative assessments, assisting with tissue handling, suturing, and compliance with nursing standards for optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons during procedures, including hemostasis, suturing, and drain placement.
- Maintain compliance with nursing standards and document care accurately.
- Support patient and family education as needed.
- Perform circulating or scrub duties and assist with staff education.
Qualifications:
- RN license in Idaho or eligibility.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and RNFA course.
- 3 years of perioperative RN experience; CNOR certified.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: $120,352.00 - $138,511.00 per year
