Job Summary

We’re looking for a hands-on, people-first leader to join our team as an Inventory Control Assistant Manager—someone who’s ready to dive in, take ownership, and help us build a strong foundation for success in our newest and most advanced facility.

In this role, you’ll assist the Inventory Control Manager in leading the charge across our inventory control department, overseeing key functions like expediting, product placement, and maximizing cubic efficiency—all while holding others accountable to proper inventory practices. You’ll work side-by-side with leadership across departments and shifts to make sure processes align with SOPs, issues get solved quickly, and operational goals are met with excellence.

We believe people are the heartbeat of our operation. That’s why we invest in those who are humble, hungry, and people-smart—individuals who lead with integrity, stay curious, and communicate with empathy and clarity. We know that when great people come together, great things happen.

This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to help shape the way a brand-new facility operates, build a supportive and successful team, and make a lasting impact from day one.
