Requirements:
Job Responsibilities – Consolidation:
- Must be a minimum of 16 years old.
- Must be currently enrolled in high school, university, or local college.
- Must be able to fulfill minimum requirements listed below.
Job Responsibilities – Consolidation:
- Picking orders in the cold room in a timely and efficient way to ensure accuracy and quality to all customers.
- Consolidators must maintain efficiency and an adequate speed of keeping the belt moving and clear.
- Safely operating and maintaining warehouse equipment to carry out job duties to ensure a safe work environment.
- Keep work zone clean and orderly so that warehouse is a safe and clean work environment.
- Complete the following tasks when all orders have been consolidated and there are no orders on the belt: cut down boxes, empty cardboard and trash from bins and packing room, clear aisles of all debris, gather large boxes for packers, weekly assigned cleaning tasks.
- Communicate with warehouse shipping supervisor and team leader with any issues or concerns that arise regarding work duties.
- Performing other duties and tasks not listed as requested by the shipping supervisor.
- Picking orders in a timely and efficient way to ensure accuracy and quality to all customers.
- Prepping orders to ensure that customers receive order intact in a short time frame and accurate as possible while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Load finished shipments onto trailer with provided equipment.
- Safely operating and maintaining warehouse equipment to carry out job duties to ensure a safe work environment (must be fully trained and certified).
- Keep work zone clean and orderly so that warehouse is a safe and clean work environment.
- Communicate with warehouse shipping supervisor with any issues or concerns that arise regarding work duties.
- Performing other duties and tasks not listed as requested by the shipping supervisor.
- Must be able to use all equipment; wrap machine, nail gun, hand saw, and skill saw.
- Packing orders to ensure that customers receive the order intact in as short time frame and accurate as possible while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Able to work at a fast pace.
- Meet and maintain set standards as specified by both supervisor and company.
- Unload trucks and sign bills in timely manner (including container trucks where constant lifting, moving product above head, and bending are required for 2 hour periods).
- Process all incoming merchandise in an accurate and timely manner.
- Safely operating and maintaining warehouse equipment to carry out job duties to ensure a safe work environment (must be fully trained and certified).
- Keeping work zone clean and orderly so that warehouse is a safe and clean work environment.
- Communicating with warehouse receiving supervisor with any issues or concerns that arise regarding work duties.
- Able to work at a fast pace.
- Meet and maintain set standards as specified by supervisor, inbound operations manager and company.
- Performing other duties and tasks not listed as requested by the warehouse supervisor or team leader.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 to 100lbs
- Must be able to push and pull up 150lbs
- Must be able to constantly squat, bend, reach, and, stand throughout entire shift
- Must be able to work overtime
