Responsibilities
- Picking up menus from residents and assisting those who need help filling them out according to diet breakdown sheets.
- Tallying menus and preparing tally sheets with a high degree of accuracy.
- Delivering carts to floors/areas and distributing prepared trays to resident tables or rooms.
- Calling diets and checking trays during trayline with a high degree of accuracy.
Additional duties may include dining room setup/breakdown, meal delivery, dish washing, and cross-training in various dining environments.
