Lead and define user business and functional requirements for enhancements and projects, complex production support and root cause analysis, defining technology business solutions, and implementing technology business solutions. Assist and lead business units achieve their objectives by evaluating, designing, completing application configurations, developing and / or implementing efficient solutions. Coordinate testing to ensure proper performance and creating diagrams and flow charts. Serves as the primary liaison between the application vendor and end users. Data Forensic and data flow through the downstream systems is a plus. Will often be asked to lead incidents, take ownership of small projects and follow up. Strong organization and communication skills required.
Job Responsibilities :
- Work with end users and vendors to identify the features, advantages, and disadvantages of various software applications and other related processes.
- Coordinate and assist in leading application activities with the respective departmental users / owners with the input from management and provide recommendations.
- Organize and is accountable for the installation, upgrade, training, and information systems operational procedure documentation, problem resolution from the project or upgrade issues list and the ongoing enhancement process with the application systems assigned.
- Identify and evaluate operational problems, troubleshoots and facilitates suitable solutions with those involved, documenting the resolutions, timely notifying the end users and closing out service tickets.
- Create and maintain document as necessary for operations and security audits.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
Experience Needed :
The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000.00 to $150,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
