Salary Range:
The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000USD to $160,000USD. Actual salary may vary based on job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
About You:
- Cumulative Experience: Must have at least 7 -10 years of cumulative experience in Compliance, Risk, or Audit in financial services with responsibility for privacy compliance.
- Degree Requirements: Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor's, and/or Master's) preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required.
- Certifications: Certified Information Privacy Manager, CIPM, or Certified Information Privacy Professional, CIPP, required.
- Skills: Strong written, verbal, and communication skills, particularly for presentations. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge of banking applications and systems, preferred. Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Decision-Making Skills: Effective project management and analytical skills. Effective decision-maker and collaborator.
