Job Description
This role is responsible for ensuring the effective management of risks associated with our treasury management and card activities. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and monitor potential risks that could impact the organization's operations, finances, or reputation.
- Risk Mitigation Strategies: Develop and implement risk management strategies, policies, and controls to mitigate identified risks.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and industry standards to minimize compliance-related risks.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare detailed reports on risk exposures and provide insights to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience; at least 7 years of financial services experience, with 7 years of treasury management experience and 2 years of treasury management risk experience preferred.
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of treasury management products, including wires, ACH, check processing, online banking, virtual account management, and commercial cards; ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Professional Certifications: Professional certification in Risk and/or Finance, such as Financial Risk Manager (FRM) or Professional Risk Manager (PRM), strongly preferred.
