Job Description: Associate Relationship Banker
The Associate Relationship Banker role is responsible for providing top-notch service to our banking center customers while working towards sales, service, and operational goals set by Webster's Strategic Guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions in accordance with bank rules and regulations.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to understand customer needs, establish trust, identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and deliver quality customer service.
- Nurture strong partnerships with various business segments through effective collaboration and communication.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
- At least six months to two years of experience in cash handling, customer service, needs-based sales, and banking is desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, and extended shifts.
- A self-motivated and highly motivated individual.
