The Loan Operations Servicing Associate provides support for the analytic and reporting efforts of the department's internal Servicing system that includes reviews of loan-level tracking as well as report analysis.
- Sets up and maintains the ACH data for all loans including providing timely borrower notification. Reviews and reconciles drafting files and resolves all errors and inquiries.
- Reviews and maintains billing cycle sweeps to ensure monthly periodic statements are prepared and delivered in accordance with CFPB regulations.
- Determines proper billing correspondence and reviews print vendor accuracy on billing statements.
- Completes all steps necessary including updates to the MSP system to comply with the servicing requirements for loan information.
- Reviews and completes QC for Credit Bureau reporting, E-Oscars, billing, and other system maintenance reports.
- Ensures appropriate correspondence is sent to borrowers in compliance with applicable law and agency guidelines.
- Performs system maintenance and ensures proper documentation for all adjustments made for critical loan data
- Maintains, updates and produces reports for all loan functions to help support the team and identify data discrepancies within current loan portfolio and incoming loan populations.
- Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience
The estimated salary range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00 USD hourly. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
