Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Leader to spearhead the adoption and advancement of back-office automation technologies in our operations. This role will oversee the deployment of platforms such as ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO), Business Process Management (BPM) tools, and Microsoft Power Platform to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and deliver exceptional business outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the technology roadmap for back-office automation, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall business strategy.
- Identify opportunities for leveraging automation to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Lead the implementation and integration of automation platforms, including ServiceNow FSO, BPM, and Microsoft Power Platform, into existing systems.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing technology team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Collaborate with business units to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design automated solutions that reduce costs and improve accuracy.
Requirements:
10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in the financial services industry. Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as ServiceNow FSO, BPM tools, and Microsoft Power Platform. Proven track record of implementing large-scale technology transformations.
Salary Range: $185,000.00 to $210,000.00 per year, depending on job-related factors. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
