About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Credit Risk Management specialist. As a key member of our Credit Risk organization, you will play a critical role in maturing our risk management practices and meeting heightened regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Credit Risk Management leadership in creating self-identified issues.
- Monitor the portfolio of open issues and ensure timely remediation by issue owners.
- Create remediation plans that address the root cause of issues noted in a sustainable way.
- Provide effective challenge around the FLUs issue management process.
- Deliver ongoing communication and education to the Credit Risk organization.
- Assist in the development of the Credit Risk Management program.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
