Treasury Management Service Analyst
The Treasury Management Service Analyst will support the TM Service Team Lead with daily responsibilities related to client support, reporting and quality control initiatives. They will be responsible for daily reporting requirements as it relates to SLA’s for performance. The analyst will perform analysis on case trending and anomalies. The analyst will be required to work independently and follow guidelines as it relates to daily responsibilities. The analyst will also participate in all Service team meetings and report out and share perspective and opinions on their findings, throughout their daily work. The individual will work closely with and support individual service representatives.
