We are seeking a full-time child and adolescent psychiatrist who is dedicated and forward-thinking to join us in summer 2025. Our mission is to provide integrative, warm psychiatric care to a diverse community.
We are looking for colleagues in shaping a practice centered on psychodynamic psychotherapy and provide transformative care especially to BIPOC and LGBTQ communities. Here, you will have the freedom to cultivate your clinical niche with supportive and experienced mentorship.
Webster Clinic will handle marketing, billing, and administration so you can focus on providing meaningful care.
Responsibilities
24 patient-facing hours per week with children, adolescents, and adults with your preferred mix of psychotherapy and medication management and parent guidance. Peer supervision, clinical mentorship, and other non-clinical weekly meetings are also provided. Cultivation of learning and embracing diverse constellations of children, adolescents, and adults is vital.
Qualifications
Successful applicants will be board eligible or board certified in child and adolescent psychiatry and able to practice medicine in Massachusetts. A strong interest in psychodynamic therapy a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in working in a team encouraged. New graduates welcome to apply.
