Roles and Responsibilities
The call center PSR will consistently demonstrate exemplary customer service when assisting patients and guests personally and professionally. Responsible for welcoming patients, performing service driven check-in / check-out procedures maintaining highest attention to patient privacy. Our ideal candidate is highly energetic, motivated and enjoys working with people and the public! We need call center support as we manage a high volume of Dental office incoming calls.
