- Assumes responsibility for the entire program which includes:
- Coaching the elementary school program
- Implements district athletic department policies.
- Works with the school Principal
- Communicating the game schedule.
- Remains with students and supervises them at competitions.
- Cares for athletes and injured athletes.
- Cares for, maintains and oversees the storage of all equipment and uniforms.
- Maintains a positive relationship with other coaches.
- Leads by example regarding promotion of sportsmanship.
- Apply and enforce student discipline during athletic contests, practice sessions, in accordance with Student Code of Conduct and student handbook.
