What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mechanical Engineer position at Webster Engineering?
To perform all engineering functions related to the product line, Systems Engineering, R & D Development and Laboratory, and Product Service.
Responsibilities :
- Provide engineering information to other departments as necessary to allow them to perform their functions correctly.
- Determine quality standards and assist production to institute proper testing and inspection procedures.
- Assist in R&D in the design of equipment for new OEM applications.
- Maintain and / or improve the product line for general and OEM application.
- Provide engineering assistance to all other departments.
- Interface with customers and representatives on to address and resolve technical issues.
- Assist in maintaining configurator for manufacturing of products.
- Assist and direct drafters in documentation of drawings.
