Salary Range: $17.12
2025-2026 School Year
Primary Objective: Under minimum supervision, performs varied clerical and administrative duties in the school office to assist the Principal in the efficient and professional operation of the school. Works with parents, students, school staff, and district office departments to exchange information, resolve problems and provide assistance as needed.
Essential Functions:
- Offer daily office services to students, parents, patrons, and staff.
- Promote and practice an attitude of friendly cooperation and harmony throughout the school
- Ability to handle confidential information with complete security.
- Monitor and update student attendance
- Office support experience
- Strong computer/technology skills required
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the principal.
Education: High school diploma or GED
Experience: Office support experience
