Webster Henry is seeking to hire a qualified candidate to serve in the role of paralegal in the firm’s Birmingham, AL office. This position supports the delivery of quality legal services to clients by providing assistance to attorneys and performing specialized paralegal tasks such as: drafting standard pleadings, subpoenas, correspondence, memoranda, and review and summary of medical records and other documents.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with others in a team-oriented environment and have the following skills & qualifications:
- Prior experience as a paralegal in a law firm environment (civil litigation preferred).
- Strong computer proficiency in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Time Entry, e-Filing.
- Experience with medical records and summarizing the same.
- Strong organizational skills required.
