Description
The Coordinator of Dean of Students Office Operations is a 12 -month, full time staff who works directly with the Associate Vice President and Dean of Students, and the Associate Dean of Students coordinate key programs and department operations. The coordinator will be the point person in the Office of Student Affairs assessing initial issues presented by students, faculty, and staff who contact the office and refer each to the correct department for resolution. The Coordinator serves as a secondary manager of the student health insurance program. The coordinator will oversee key programs and operations for Money for Textbooks, Emergency Loans, Tuition Adjustments, student recognition programs, invoice processing and addressing issues specific to international student retention and success.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
1-5 years of professional experience in a medical and/or administrative setting.
Familiar with Office 365 system
