The Nursing Department Coordinator 3 is responsible for the day-to-day operations within the office of the Department of Nursing. This includes typical academic office responsibilities such as maintaining the office, managing the departmental budget, and entering courses as well as assisting students with registration, & coordinating departmental meetings. The position will provide administrative oversight of the undergraduate and graduate programs in the Nursing Department. In addition, the position will assist in maintaining nursing partnerships and the marketing of programs to corporate partner employees. This position oversees dual enrollment partnerships with nursing programs at community colleges. The coordinator also assists in promoting nursing events via social media and helping plan special events. Position will also supervise student workers. Coordinator will report to the College of Science and Health Director of Operations and the Department Chairperson.
