What You’ll Do
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Develop tailored sourcing strategies using social media, LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive outreach to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline, engaging passive candidates for future hiring needs.
- Leverage ATS, texting platforms, and AI sourcing tools to enhance efficiency.
- Strengthen university and student organization partnerships to grow our entry-level pipeline.
- Represent WebsterRogers at career fairs and industry events (up to 15% travel).
- Partner with marketing to create recruiting materials, from social media content to event swag.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Lead the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job needs and craft compelling job postings.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for qualifications, cultural fit, and firm values.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and provide insights on recruiting trends.
- Professional Development & Continuous Improvement
- Oversee Continuing Professional Education (CPE) programs and federal tax update events.
- Support firm-wide training, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
- Assist in the facilitation and lead internal leadership and development courses.
- Assist with recruiting analytics and process improvements to optimize hiring strategies.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive candidate and firm information.
- 4 years of sourcing and recruiting experience, ideally in accounting, tax, or assurance.
- Proven ability to build relationships and create exceptional candidate experiences.
- Experience with UKG, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft tools (or similar platforms).
- Strong communication, organizational, and strategic collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% for recruiting events and office visits.
