About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our team. This role is critical to our production process and requires a deep understanding of CNC machine operation, setup, and troubleshooting. You’ll be responsible for producing precision components to exact specifications while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. You’ll work alongside a team of experienced fabricators and machinists in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate a variety of CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers, etc.) with precision and efficiency.
- Independently set up machines, including tooling, offsets and program loading.
- Read, interpret, and work from complex blueprints, schematics and technical drawings.
- Modify and optimize G-code to improve production quality and speed when necessary.
- Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring tools.
- Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC machines to ensure uptime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain production flow.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on CNC machining experience in a production environment.
- Proficiency in setting up, operating, and editing CNC programs (Fanuc, Moziak, V-Carve, Haas, or similar controls preferred).
- Solid understanding of machining principles, materials, and cutting tools.
- Ability to interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of troubleshooting complex machining issues.
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members when needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or CNC certification is a plus.

Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour
