About The Role & Team
Webull's Compliance team plays a critical role in ensuring the company operates within the bounds of applicable laws and regulations while maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers. As we continue to grow, we're excited to add a driven Senior Associate to lead our Communications Compliance team. Reporting directly to our Chief Compliance Officer, you'll oversee the approval of communications, including marketing materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and helping to enhance our communications compliance program. You'll also collaborate closely with our global marketing team, making sure we stay compliant across all regions while keeping things efficient and engaging!
In This Role, You Will
- Thoroughly review all marketing materials, advertisements, and public communications to ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC, and other regulatory standards.
- Ensure that all public communications align with both firm and regulatory content standards.
- Partner with marketing to employ cutting-edge strategies while maintaining compliance with rules and regulations.
- Contribute to idea and strategy generation.
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures related to communications compliance in accordance with FINRA, SEC, and other regulatory guidelines.
- Provide guidance to business units on regulatory requirements and internal policies regarding communications.
- Assist in preparing for regulatory exams, audits, and inquiries related to communication compliance.
- Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on communications policies and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance controls and surveillance systems.

At Webull, we are committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. The base salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000 per year yearly discretionary bonus benefits. The final offer will depend on several factors, including the successful candidate's skills, depth of work experience, location, and relevant licenses / qualifications. Each offer is determined based on individual strengths and relevant business considerations.
