The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience at a top-tier law firm or in a similar role, with a strong background in regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, and public company filings. Experience in intellectual property (IP), privacy, and cybersecurity is highly desirable.
In This Role, You Will
- Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of regulatory and compliance matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with public company filing requirements and securities regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address legal issues related to IP, privacy, and cybersecurity.
- Liaise with regulators and external counsel as needed.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience at a top-tier law firm or in a similar legal role.
- Proven experience in dealing with regulators and handling commercial transactions.
- Familiarity with public company filings and securities regulations.
- Strong knowledge of IP, privacy, and cybersecurity laws is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
