WBS, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Intern - Finance in our Milwaukee, Wisconsin location. This position offers flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement (remote / on-site) with time spent in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin office. This internship is full-time during the Summer of 2025. The hourly rate for this position is $19.80 with paid company holidays.

Job Summary
We employ students for summer opportunities to help design creative cost effective systems and equipment that keep the energy flowing to our customers in a safe and reliable manner. WEC Energy Group offers a variety of finance opportunities for students seeking hands-on experience that are currently enrolled in a four-year degree program. Students work with experienced members of these functional teams.
As a finance intern you will have the opportunity to shadow and work on tasks related to accounting, forecasting and strategy.
Job Responsibilities
Finance – Power Generation Business Support
- Assist with reporting and analysis
- Participate in month end closing tasks, forecasting, and budgeting
- Develop organizational and planning skills
- Work with departments across the company to ensure accuracy of data and validity of information
- Learn business support, strategy, and planning
Minimum Qualifications
