We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Field Collector-Seasonal in our Milwaukee, Wisconsin location.
Job Summary
Contact customers in the field whose gas, electric, or steam accounts are in arrears. Contact should result in disconnection of service, with the final goal being the reduction of un-collectibles.
Job Responsibilities
Field Visits :
- Disconnection of gas and electric services that are in arrears
- Reconnection of electric services
- Responding to failed Remote Service Switch signals in the field
- Posting notice of disconnection at customer premise, electric meter exchanges, contact customers and property owners as necessary

Testing requirements
Field Services Structured Interview (FIELDREP) : Competencies include : Safety Awareness; Managing Work; Building Customer Loyalty; Applied Learning; Quality Orientation; Stress Tolerance. Suggested Preparation : Review of the competencies and associated definitions (obtained from the HR Consultant listed on the posting). Practice answering questions about your experiences relating to the competencies.

Minimum Posting Range : $28.35
Maximum Posting Range : $30.92
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary / pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.
